It's a nice (quiet) place to stay and I like the people that run the park.
New concrete pads. Cable includes about 6 channels. Internet works well in the day time, but is slow at night. Clean showers and laundry room. We have been here one year. In a 5th Wheel. Manager (Debbie) is excellent.
We are here for my husband's job. We'll be here for awhile. We love it here. It's clean. Quiet. And, the Management are very sweet, kind and do their best to assure the quests are happy. We strongly recommend Sugar Hill R.V Park for short term or long-term.
Called and made reservations a month in advance for work purposes, actually called twice to move the reservation back by 5 days. Tried to call on the day I was pulling in and no answer, by the time I got to the park, finally got an answer on the phone and had to talk to two different people, never allowed to speak to the owner. The park was full and they said I had no reservation, they had let a guy go a few weeks ago and apparently with him, they let my reservation go as well.. didn't try at all to make the situation any better or offer any type of assistance, basically said well that sucks for you! Terrible business mindset and customer service, will never try to stay here again and will let everyone I work with know that they should not camp here!
